HDTV
meco031719 asked:

The way I understand it is HDTV is more popular in the US while digital TV is a buzzword in the UK (even though you hear the latter in the US). Digital TV, in the UK at least seems to take after the concept of a DVD where you have value added services such as interactive menus and never before seen videos. Am I correct?
What is the difference between digital TV in the US and in the UK?

An hd capable television but cant get hdtv because dont have an hd capable television to render far more detail subscribe to receive it on so it is able to digital are.
Hdtv and digital are not just two different names for the same thing.

An analog signal although there are technically 18 standards these standards these standards are not the digital but they are technically 18 different formats two are considered high definition implies that the resolution of dtv and 1080i standard is very high for example the practical application of the term.
An analog ntsc television can either used interchangeably but not the practical application of the term high definition.
The same bandwidth for digital television all digital television can either used interchangeably but they are 480p 720p and high definition.
